Logging in to Identify Online

Go to ido.ringgold.com Enter user name and password Click loginido_login

 

I Forgot My Password

Email us if you’ve forgotten your password or click ‘Forgotten your password?’ on the main login page and complete the form:ido_forgot_pw

You will receive a confirmation message. You will receive an email with a link.ido_pw_confirm

Clicking the link in the email will give you this form to complete:ido_email_pw_confirm

Enter a new secure password to complete the process:ido_pw_submit

You may also change your email or password once logged into Identify Online via the Control Panel.ido_change_pw

 

I Can’t Log In

Please ensure that you are using the correct user name and password. Email us if you need a reminder of your account credentials.

If you’re still having problems logging in, or if you see Your time-limited account has expired or not started yet, then you may need to clear your web browser cache for the site ido.ringgold.com, as internet cookies may be causing an issue.

To clear cookies in Firefox:

In Firefox options, go to Tools > Privacy > History > Remove Individual Cookies > Search ‘ringgold’ and select, then remove.

Close your browser, reopen, and log in your Identify Online account.

To clear cookies in Chrome:

In Google Chrome, go to the top-right and click Menu > Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings > Cookies.
Delete cookies for ‘ido.ringgold.com’ > hover over these, then click the ‘X’ that appears to the right.

Close your browser, reopen, and log in your Identify Online account

To clear cookies in Internet Explorer:

In Explorer, click on the Tools button in the top right hand corner > Internet Options > Browsing History > Settings > View files

The folder contains all stored cookies (All files beginning with ‘cookie:’). These can then be individually deleted.
Delete all cookies for ‘ido.ringgold.com’.

Close your browser, reopen, and log in your Identify Online account.
