Service Updates

16 January 2023 26 January 7:00 PM EST to approximately 8:00 PM EST Ringgold Validate Service will be unavailable due to system maintenance updates

21 December 2022 Planned maintenance window that may affect users of Ringgold’s Identify Online and Validate Service sites on December 22, 7pm EDT (PDT+3, GMT-5) . The following functionality will be impacted for a few minutes:
* Active user sessions may get disconnected
* Users will be unable to change passwords

24 November 2022 Planned maintenance window by Citrix that may affect users of Ringgold’s ShareFile site on November 29th/30th, 11:00pm EDT (PDT+3, GMT-5) to 11:59am EDT (PDT +3, GMT-5).
The following functionality will be impacted for a total duration not exceeding 30 minutes:
* Active user sessions may get disconnected
* User logins may be temporarily disabled
* Some administrative actions may be temporarily unavailable.

27 October 2022 Due to essential maintenance, the following services will be unavailable for up-to one hour on Thursday 3 November 8pm EST (5pm PST):

26 Sept 2022 Due to essential maintenance, the Identify Database API service will be unavailable for one hour on Friday 30 September 9pm EST (6pm PST)
