Service Updates

14 April 2023 On Thursday, 20 April from 7:00 PM EDT until approximately 8:00 PM EDT, the Ringgold Validate Service user interface will be unavailable due to system maintenance updates. This downtime does not impact the Ringgold Validate Service API or any other Ringgold products or services.

16 January 2023 26 January 7:00 PM EST to approximately 8:00 PM EST Ringgold Validate Service will be unavailable due to system maintenance updates

21 December 2022 Planned maintenance window that may affect users of Ringgold’s Identify Online and Validate Service sites on December 22, 7pm EDT (PDT+3, GMT-5) . The following functionality will be impacted for a few minutes:
* Active user sessions may get disconnected
* Users will be unable to change passwords

24 November 2022 Planned maintenance window by Citrix that may affect users of Ringgold’s ShareFile site on November 29th/30th, 11:00pm EDT (PDT+3, GMT-5) to 11:59am EDT (PDT +3, GMT-5).
The following functionality will be impacted for a total duration not exceeding 30 minutes:
* Active user sessions may get disconnected
* User logins may be temporarily disabled
* Some administrative actions may be temporarily unavailable.

27 October 2022 Due to essential maintenance, the following services will be unavailable for up-to one hour on Thursday 3 November 8pm EST (5pm PST):

In addition, Consortium Directory Online will be unavailable for up-to one hour on Friday 7 October 8pm EST (5pm PST)

26 Sept 2022 Due to essential maintenance, the Identify Database API service will be unavailable for one hour on Friday 30 September 9pm EST (6pm PST)

17 Aug 2022 Ringgold’s offices will be closed Friday 19 August. Please email us at support@ringgold.com and we will get back to you Monday 22 August.

3 Dec 2018 FTP Export & Data Exchange users: ShareFile has implemented new authentication methods which requires a password reset. Reset your ShareFile password here

20 Aug 2018 Validate Service upgraded. Updated user documentation:

17 Aug 2018 Validate Service upgrade & outage planned Friday 17th August (US) / Saturday 18th August (Europe). Unavailable from the hours of 1200 PDT/1700 EDT/0200 BST/0300 CEST. The service should resume within 6 hours.

30 Nov 2017 It has come to our attention that some messages sent to us via the feedback form in the Identify Online account settings area have not reached Ringgold. This fault has now been fixed. Please resend any messages to us if you have not yet received a response via this channel.
