Find your current customers
All Products
In an Advanced Search, use Miscellanous Filters to quickly obtain a list of all of your Direct Customers. Select is a customer of 1 or more products, then hit Search:
Your search results list will contain all organizations that buy at least one of your products, as indicated by the Customer icons:

By Product Name
In an Advanced Search, use the Products section to quickly obtain a list of all of your Direct Customers of those products only. Select one or more product title, then hit Search:
Tip: To deselect a single Product, Click the product title for removal

By Customer Detail
In an Advanced Search, use one or more Customer Information fields to find specific accounts based on data fields that you provided during the Identify Audit process:
By Consortia
In an Advanced Search, use Miscellanous Filters to quickly obtain a list of your Direct Customers who are:
- a consortium; finds organizations in the database that have been classified as Ringgold Type = ‘consortium/*any’
- a consortium member; finds any organization in the database that is also part of one or more buying consortia
- a consortium with customer member(s); finds organizations in the database that have been classified as Ringgold Type = ‘consortium/*any’ and where any of its members is one of your customers
Tip: Combine Products with Ringgold Types ‘consortium/*any’ for an alternative consortia customer search

View Product Data in Identify Online
If you are a Ringgold client with Datasets hosted in Identify Online, you can view your Customer data in several ways:
View your Customer & Product Data in an Identify Record
From a Search Results list, view any Identify Record where a Direct Customer is indicated:
Click 
Identify Record to view the full organization record.
Your Product details and a summary will be shown in the record:
View your Customer & Product Data in an organization Hierarchy
From a Search Results list, view any Identify Record hierarchy where a Direct Customer is indicated:
Click 
to view the organization hierarchy
Click 
to view Customer Data in the hierachy view
Your Customer Data will include Product Details and Totals for each organization in the hierarchy, with an overall Total for the whole organization at the bottom of the page.
Click 
to download the hierarchy (will not contain Product Data).
